FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you deliver and set up?
Absolutely! Billy’s Bounce House  will deliver and set up each Bounce House and ensure that it is clean and in good working order well before your party starts and come back to take it down after the party is over. This is included in your rental cost.

How much room do I need to set up a Bounce House?
You should have an area about 20'x20' with a vertical clearance of about 15'-22'.

What kind of power is required?
Our Bounce Houses use a standard 110 household outlet. We will supply the cord, and we ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet we are using. The Bounce House should be no more than 100ft from that outlet. If you would like to set up a Bounce House at a park or place without electricity, let us know and we can arrange to use a generator for an extra fee.

    Are inflatable Bounce Houses safe?
Yes. Our Bounce Houses are constructed to be as safe as possible. As with any activity involving small children, an adult should supervise the activity. This will help to ensure that the few simple rules continue to be followed and that someone is always there to assist children entering and exiting the Bounce House.

What type of surface can the Bounce House be placed on?
The safest surface is a level grassy area. However, we can set up on any other surface. Please specify when reserving your Bounce House which surface we will be setting up on and we will make sure we use the proper anchors for your event.

     Are you Insured?
Yes. Please note: All individuals and companies that rent a Bounce House are required to sign a liability waiver prior to set up, contact us for a copy if needed. We CANNOT set up a Bounce House until the liability waiver is signed.

Is there a deposit required to reserve a Bounce House?
We do not require a deposit. All we need to know is the date, time & location of your event as well as the Bounce House theme you prefer. We will collect (usually Check, Cash, or Money Order, and Credit Cards) the day of the party when we set up

How do I reserve a Bounce House?
Simple! Send us an email or call and we will reserve your Bounce House and gladly answer any questions you may have. Be sure to check our specials page for current specials.

What if I need to cancel?
No Problem. Just give us a call or just send us an email; there is no cancellation fee. However, we would appreciate as much notice as possible so we have a chance to rent your Bounce House to someone else, we usually have a waiting list.
